With the construction of our country highway route for further development to mountain tunnel construction. It is of great significance to improve the whole tunnel safety and comfort to buid low noise, anti slip cement pavement performance, especially the construction of cement pavement of low noise, high anti sliding on the tunnel.Aiming at the tunnel special internal environment, This paper through laboratory simulation test and test road paving of exposed aggregate cement concrete pavement performance study the key construction technology and construction process.By simulating the growth of internal environment of tunnel exposer spraying time. The relationship between exposed surface washing time and temperature. Washing time determined by the exposed concretesurface skid resistance index of exposed aggregate agent dosage range, provide technical support for tunnel exposed stone pavement construction.Through indoor simulation of exposed aggregate pavement anti slide, anti noise performance analysis, we found that the coarse aggregate gradation of nominal maximum size the same, In the same exposure dosage, coarse aggregate gradation of coarse aggregate exposed depth,structure depth and anti sliding index value is high, but the coarse aggregate size on the exposed stone sliding surface did not influence the durability;Under the same exposure dosage, with the increase of the diameter of coarse aggregate nominal maximum particle, surface of the exposed depth, structural depth and index of anti sliding value has improved significantly, but the tire falling noise and anti sliding durability with coarse aggregate nominal maximum particle size increases slightly. Tuff, Xuan Wuyan and granite three rough sets different materials had no significant effects on the exposed surface exposed deep, structural depth, the degree of exposure and traffic noise levels, three different gravel exposed stone pavement skid resistance durability difference,granite anti slide the best durability, Xuan Wuyan the second, tuff most difference.The substantive test road paving improve and perfect the technique of open stone cement concrete pavement, verify the superiority of exposed aggregate concrete pavement compared to the traditional cement concrete pavement anti slide and anti noise etc.
