In recent years, with the development of motor emerging technologies, motor servo control system also has a rapidly progress. For a long time,because of its simple control and high precision in positioning, stepper motor has widely used in industrial application. Because of the open loop control method, the traditional stepper motor’s control has disadvantages as large noise, vibration, out-of-step and so on.Practice proves that the segmentation technology and the vector control technology can effectively reduce the out-of-step and noise in the motor running and increase the stability, and the mathematical model of stepper motor is very similar with permanent magnet synchronous motor, so permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control method is applied to the hybrid stepping motor control system in this paper, and used the method that combining SVPWM and the segmentation method, implements that segment step angle arbitrarily, and achieved good control effect.Based on the analysis of the three-phase hybrid stepping motor of the principle and the way of working, modeled on the synchronous motor and established the mathematical model of hybrid step motor, and used vector control method of the id=0 which makes the stepping motors as simple adjustment feature as DC motors. Adopt the method of SVPWM and segmentation technology to established circular magnetic field in the interior of the stepper motor, the more segmentation, the closer the circular magnetic field, the stepper motor’s control performance is more close to the permanent magnet synchronous motor.I has designed a three-phase hybrid stepping motor drive system using STM32 as the core, the system including hardware part and software part. The whole hardware system consists of the main loop of AC-DC-AC, driving and protecting circuit, in addition, also involves the peripheral interface unit of STM32, current detection and auxiliary switch power supply circuit, etc. Software system was designed from the aspects of system program and function module, the vector control and SVPWM technology is the core of software system.Finally introduced the design of experimental apparatus and conducted experiments, the results proved the feasibility of the control scheme, and proved the design of the drive controller in this paper has excellent performance.
