The development of socio-economic and environmental issues brought pressure on the human quest for new energy sources, The importance of clean energy such as wind and solar power has become increasingly prominent.However, the inherent randomness, intermittent shortcomings are seriously restricting their widespread use, So wind and solar power generation system is undoubtedly the main research directions in the future of renewable energy generation systems, But wind and solar power generation system output is still volatile, and how to carry out wind and solar energy the current problems efficiently store are needed to solve, to address the problem, this paper carried out the following studies:Firstly, introduce the output characteristics of wind power systems and photovoltaic power generation system, By analyzing the two power systems and their complementary characteristics can stabilize each other in time and space, leads to the need for the development of wind and solar power generation system.By analyzing the characteristics of the battery and the superconducting energy storage, the battery and hybrid energy storage system consisting of superconducting magnetic energy storage to meet the economic costs and the utilization efficiency of the whole system.Secondly, In order to reduce the harmonics of wind and solar power generation systems’ harmonics component, energy storage devices and the use of filtering devices on the active current and reactive power current control structure similarity, this paper use the energy storage device as a filtering device, the wind and solar power generation system high output current harmonics filtering through the control part, in order to improve the efficiency of the filter, adaptive Prony proposed mutual information feature extraction algorithm, analyze mutual information between the harmonic currents. To improve the efficiency stabilize, Based on the voltage and current of energy storage systems to achieve control of the hybrid energy storage system control, and reference fuzzy algorithm, and superconducting magnetic energy storage battery charging and discharging state analysis, thus improving reservoir energy system response accuracy and rapidity.Finally, in order to verify the effectiveness of wind and solar power generation system, the establishment of wind and solar power generation systems by hybrid energy storage system based on PSCAD/EMTDC simulation software, Through the simulation results, the use of wind and solar hybrid energy storage system to stabilize the output power generating system can effectively improve the life of the energy storage system, reduce system costs, improve energy storage system utilization, while the energy storage device as a filtering device to use, but also Wind and solar power generation system can reduce the volatility of output power.
