Abstract/Summary:
Based TPEE elastic pads of heavy-haul railway fastening system as the research object, focuses on its stiffness performance test, this paper discusses the two factors of influence the performance: structure and experimental test method. First using ABAQUS finite element analysis software simulation modeling, makes sure the best structure models;Second used two kinds of means about simulation analysis and testing to confirm that the selected structure model is excellent in technology forces,and determined the influence of experimental test method on stiffness properties; Finally the elastic pads in the testing of vertical stiffness test equipment to carry on the design. The main contents of the article are as follows:1. Through extensive reading of the literature material, summarized the heavy-haul railway fastening system used TPEE elastic pads function and principle; Introduces the elastic pads kinds and action, and emphasized on the importance of the performance for the TPEE elastic pads.2. In this paper, ABAQUS, the finite element software, is adopted to establish the 3D computation model including TPEE elastic pads, used classical mechanics parameters to simulate the linear elastic. Modulus of elasticity is 210000 Mpa, and poisson ratio is 0.3. Buttress plate and loading distribution plate are metal material. Analyzing the four major factors of elastic pads: boss diameter, horizontals and longitudinal spacing, size of tapered angle, thickness of pads, in L16(45)orthogonal test method. Conclusion showed that horizontals and longitudinal spacing is the main factors including stiffness performance of TPEE elastic pads, followed size of tapered angle and boss diameter, and the minimal impact is thickness of pads. Test number(4#) and test number(10#) TPEE elastic pads required its stiffness performance fit volume and stresses parameters, conclusion showed that test number(4#)is test number(10#), and test number(4#) is the resulting model.3. Testing TPEE elastic pads main performance: static stiffness,dynamic stiffness, fatigue performance, conclusion showed that dynamic to static stiffness ratio is 1.33, meeting requirement of less than 2.0; the finite element analysis results are in good agreement with the tested, the error within 10%.4. The test methods influencing TPEE elastic pads performance in the experiment, analysis of sifferent position, loading joint of different area,coefficient of friction and tightening torque, being connected TPEE elastic pads main performance static stiffness, dynamic stiffness, fatigue performance. Conclusion showed that sifferent position away from loading joint edge is father, static stiffness is greater; loading joint of different area is greater, static stiffness is greater; coefficient of friction is greater, static stiffness is greater; tightening torque is greater, static stiffness is greater before and after fatigue, but stiffness variance ratio is small.5. According to TPEEelastic pads complex test conditions and different test conditions, success designed three sets of test equipment:vertical stiffness test equipment 、 loading joint-static stiffness test equipment 、 coefficient of friction test equipment. Conclusion showed that the set of fixtures of strength and fatigue performance will meet the test requirements, and general high, low cost.
