With the development of the wireless Mobile technology and mature,computer network technology and communication technology constantly fusion, a new approach to learning, Mobile learning(Mobile learning) began to flourish in the field of education, Mobile learning is a mode of digital learning(E- learning), to further expand, it is should be the demand of the society, should be the demand of the development, should be people’s demand for new knowledge and new way of learning,it solved the people need to keep learning, anytime, anywhere learning requirements,it is also a reflection of people are constantly learning and self-improvement. It is obvious that mobile learning is one of the most main study way of the future. In the past short years, study of mobile learning has become an important research field both at home and abroad. Due to mobile learning or a new baby, however, its disadvantages with the advantages, entertainment more than learning, information security and information of complex sexual mobile learning become a stumbling block. As a new approach to learning, mobile learning areas these problems also exist,we need to continue to discover, to think, to solve.Paper to apply mobile learning of primary school children’s education,combining with the characteristics of children’s learning and the development trend of mobile learning, from children’s learning design principle, design method of product design, the design steps are discussed in this paper, based on cognitive psychology and relevant design of combining the design method and process, and through the design example of a concrete application of theory and validated. Specific steps are as follows:1. First of all, this paper expounds the rise of mobile learning and mobile learning the importance and necessity of product design, and to do some in-depth study of mobile learning products at home and abroad, summarizes the development present situation, development trend of mobile learning products and design principles.2. In view of the elementary school children, to children’s cognitive psychology as the breakthrough point of mobile learning products design, and combining the developmental psychology, design psychology, analyses the primary school children,to establish a user model.3. According to the development of children’s characteristics and design points of mobile learning products, and puts forward the relevant design method, the method is expounded and the design steps are analyzed and summarized.4. Under the guidance of design methods and design principles, through correlation analysis, design and evaluation of metoo machine learning, verify the feasibility of design method and design principle and practical application value.Point of the paper’s innovation lies in: the mobile learning products hardware design and software design of structured, and put forward the relevant design methodsand design process, let the design characteristics of the mobile learning products, and fully embodies the advantages of mobile learning. Not the design of children mobile learning products research provides a certain reference.
