Study On Quality Control Of Apartment Building Project In Guizhou University

As a pillar industry of the national economy,the construction industry often suffers from the collapse,cracks,and water seepage of buildings during the construction of construction projects.Therefore,the quality of buildings has become the focus of social attention as a construction enterprise.The control of construction quality has become the top priority in the whole construction process.In this paper,we analyze the quality management and control of construction project under the whole life cycle:Firstly,this paper expounds the background and significance of the research,analyzes the current situation and development trend of quality management and control in the construction industry at home and abroad,and clarifies the contents,goals and technical route of the research.The innovation points of the research process are also introduced.Secondly,the basic theory of quality control of construction project is analyzed,and the development of quality management,total quality management,quality management and control of construction project,and the basic theory of quality management and control of construction project under the whole life cycle are expounded.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the quality problems of construction projects and their influencing factors,and points out that there are many problems in the process of construction quality management and control.Including the quality of the staff,subcontracting units,material quality issues,quality problems and quality evaluation methods;The corresponding construction quality factors management,including methods,materials,people,machinery and equipment and environmental factors,are analyzed and solutions are proposed to improve the quality management to ensure that the quality of the project can meet the quality standards.Finally,taking the building project of Guizhou University apartment building as an example,this paper first analyzes the formation of the project quality management goal and quality plan,and introduces the management and control methods of the project construction stage.The quality assurance measures and control measures of the project are discussed in depth,and the results of the construction project are verified and verified,and the quality objectives of the project are achieved:,which is much higher than the same project.
