Research On Data Analysis Of Energy Consumption Monitoring And The Design Of Software Model In Hospital Buildings

With the continuous development of China’s medical cause, the area of hospital building is increasing, and the problem of hospital building’s increasing energy consumption is becoming more and more serious.Therefore, Shandong Province Department of housing and urban-rural construction and Shandong Province Department of Finance jointly issues a document to take hospital as the key to energy conservation monitoring, and requires all hospitals in Shandong province carry out the construction of energy-efficient supervision platform of provincial pilot work .Compared with other public buildings, hospital building has characteristics of unique classification in building function, large in electrical equipment quantity, high power,special use requirements.Adopting the same way like other public buildings in monitoring and analyzing total energy consumption in hospital building, will not be able to make an objective, accurate, scientific evaluation for each building of the hospital, not only fails to make the monitoring data get effective use, but also causes the waste of system resources. Therefore, monitoring and analysis of energy consumption in hospital building should be distinguished from other public buildings.Based on the above reasons, in order to achieve the function of analyzing and applying energy consumption monitoring data better in hospital building, this paper combines with the characteristics of hospital building and needs of energy management, takes the public building energy monitoring system in Shandong Province as the basis, and sets up a system specifically for statistics and analysis of energy consumption data for hospital buildings -- Shandong province hospital building energy monitoring information management system. The system can monitor the data uploaded by the the energy conservation monitoring platform of energy-saving hospital, make energy consumption of the hospital get unified management ; according to the hospital building’s use function and rules of energy use, carry on the summary statistics, analysis and display of different building’s classification and subentry energy consumption data and relevant building information, ensuring the rationality, effectiveness and intuitive of data comparison.Firstly, this paper puts forward the overall framework of a provincial hospital building energy monitoring information management system; on this basis, classifies the hospital building according to different use function; completes the coding of hospital building in medical and health construction category on the basis of the difference and organic convergence between the classification of hospital building and type coding of general public buildings, and completes the design of XML file according to the energy consumption monitoring information and the basic information of the building to be monitored.Secondly, this paper carries out the design of the software framework for hospital building energy consumption monitoring information management system according to the demand of the system and characters of hospital building, uses the Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Enterprise Edition for the design of system database, uses Analysis Services and Reporting Services involved as the platform of data analysis and data report, creates and completes the data tables and stored procedures by using the T-SQL command.Thirdly, the paper puts forward the system architecture of display interface through the analysis of the the system’s functional requirements. Energy consumption analysis module is designed according to the classification and energy law of hospital building. The analysis and display interface is designed by using ASP.NET, calls the related energy consumption data and information stored in the database and displays them in static tables or dynamic charts through the connection with the database system, makes the user observe the changing trend and the contrast of energy consumption and guide the energy saving work carried out efficiently.Finally, the paper gives the display of system operation. The system operation of several hospitals in Ji’nan shows that the system can store and analyze energy consumption monitoring data of hospital building, can provide the basic data for provincial hospital building’s-energy consumption statistics and energy audit and publicity of energy consumption forming a systematic and perfect energy saving supervision data chain of provincial building, and provide data support and decision-making basis for provincial building’s energy saving. The design achieves the desired effect.
