| With the development of science and technology, the production level increases.But the profits were not increased with the improvement of productivity in many company, and people have to find other ways to increase the profits. When people are searching for solutions, the logistics system drew attention because of its huge economic potential. Especially, with the enterprise production cost increasing, people focus on how to optimize the production logistics system effectively. To optimize the production logistics system can improve the production efficiency, reduce production costs, shorten the production cycle, make delivery on time, and accelerate capital turnover and improve competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, the optimization of enterprise production workshop logistics system has important practical significance in reducing the cost and improve production efficiency. In this paper, the production logistics system of A company is the research object and optimize the main problems of in its production workshop. The main research contents are as follows:Firstly, according to the actual workshop conditions, the minimal logistics cost model is established. The model is solved by using genetic algorithm, and obtain the solution of optimizing workshop layout. Optimize whole workshop facilities layout according to the scheme and compared with original layout to verify the feasibility of optimization scheme.Secondly, the production materials are classified by using ABC classification method and based on the layout scheme, workshop material staging area(parts turnover area and semi-finished products storage area) is optimized through establishment of "material supermarket" and division of working group. The picking route is shortened and picking efficiency is improved by optimizing the material supermarket.Finally, in the time window constraints, shortest path model is established by using the improved ant colony algorithm. The optimal solution is gained by using MATLAB software. The superiority of improved scheme is verified by using FLEXSIM modelingand simulation. |
