Since the new century,industrial informatization has developed rapidly.As the pillar industry of economic development in various countries,industry has received extensive attention in the process of global development.The optimization of manufacturing industry structure and technological innovation have gradually attracted the attention of enterprises,among which factory workshop production logistics,as the core driving force of the manufacturing revolution,plays an important role.At present,there are still many manufacturing workshops with low production efficiency and weak core competitiveness.Therefore,reasonable production system planning has very important engineering practical significance.Since the new century,the rapid development of industrial information,manufacturing industry as a pillar industry of national economic development,industry in the process of global development has been widely concerned.The optimization of industrial structure and technological innovation of manufacturing industry have gradually attracted the attention of enterprises.As the core driving force of manufacturing revolution,the production logistics of factory workshop plays an important role.At present,there are still many manufacturing workshops with low production efficiency and weak core competitiveness.Therefore,the reasonable production system planning has very important engineering practical significance.In this paper,SLP is used to analyze the status quo of the pumping car manufacturing workshop,and the comprehensive correlation analysis is carried out for the workshop operation units,and the comprehensive proximity degree of the operation units is calculated to get the correlation map of the working position.Combined with the area of the relevant production line,two kinds of pumping workshop layout planning methods are obtained Secondly,the genetic algorithm is used to optimize the layout of the workshop,and the genetic algorithm is used to optimize the layout of the workshop The layout plan of the new pumping plant is obtained by comparing the relevant parameters.Through the study of the layout planning scheme of the production line in the pumping truck manufacturing workshop,the layout of the production line is adjusted and optimized,the material handling path within the workshop is reduced,the phenomenon of line-side warehouse accumulation is solved,and a full-scene logistics data system is established,which improves the production efficiency of the pumping workshop.
