With the rapid development of economy, how to have a foothold in the competitive market environment become the focus of enterprise work. In such a social background, manufacturing enterprises only by lowering the operating costs for the production material consumption and human consumption to increase its profits, has become less and less desirable to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, production mode. Therefore, more and more enterprises gradually gaze at “the third profit sourc-logistics costs, strive to reduce logistics cost, win the market competition advantage. Workshop layout as the key part of enterprise production system, the layout of the fit and unfit quality directly affect the efficiency of logistics, workshop equipment utilization and production efficiency, production balance and security. So the enterprise workshop layout planning and design has theoretical and practical significance. As a breakthrough point, this paper study of workshop layout of H electric generator.Workshop to H electric generator as the research object. According to the logistics quantity of workshop, the distance between each production working procedure and so on, using F-D diagram to analyze the logistics situation of the workshop. The main problems existing in the generator workshop layout of the motor plant are analyzed through the analysis and study.For workshop facility layout problem, this paper using the system layout planning method(SLP) and related theory. In combination with the actual situation of the workshop, from three aspects of the logistics relationship, the relationship of non logistics, the comprehensive relationship, and the layout of the line diagram. Two improvement schemes are put forward for the generator workshop layout of this motor plant. Then, using analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and quantitative and qualitative analytic hierarchy process(AHP) fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The safety factors, layout flexibility, logistics efficiency and the overall working environment as evaluation criteria are evaluated respectively. The two schemes and the original scheme are evaluated respectively. Two methods to draw the same conclusion, the results show that the improved scheme has a greater improvement compared to the original program, and compared the two improvement programs, and ultimately determine the optimal layout of the workshop program. In the end of this paper, the Flexsim simulation software is used to simulate the production process of the optimal workshop layout. The manufacturing unit to run the 3D modeling and simulation, find out production line bottleneck, then carries on the reasonable optimization, ultimately to ensure the feasibility of workshop reconstruction.In this paper, a comprehensive analysis, evaluation and Simulation of the workshop layout and production process are carried out by the system research method, and the results are consistent with the theoretical results. The results show that the scheme is feasible and effective, and it has a certain reference value for improving the production efficiency of the whole workshop and enhancing the market competitiveness of enterprises.
