The material condition of the survival is urban traffic network, bearing the weight of the basic elements of human activity, which is also a booster force of cultural development of regional economy.The traffic system including road subsystem, flow subsystem and management subsystem, in which influence each other, almost covers all the functions. In that, it is a complex giant system, and its operation law is relatively complex. So we can not be separated anyone for research, in the process of research, we will have a whole global view to in-depth study, and then get a better understanding of the urban traffic network.In this paper, we combine transportation network model, the cellular automata theory with adaptive local routing strategies to research urban traffic network, which from the two aspects of macroscopic and microscopic respectively. In order to perform the purpose of network capacity for people to travel more convenient, we put forward feasible routing strategy to ease the traffic pressure.The content of the following for research:(1)The urban complex dynamic network model is established on a macro perspective. Considering that the road information such as the business community, schools, companies and other dynamic time-varying factors. Besides, on the whole traffic network, including a great number of uncertainty of the weather information. The point is how to determine these factors on the negative effects brought by the network pressure.(2)From the micro perspective, based on the pilot of the liquidity preference for the establishment of the cellular automata traffic flow model. Mainly considering the driver’s asynchronous behavior between personality traits and the driver’s impact on the entire traffic network.(3)Traffic routing strategy research. We can use adaptive local dynamic induction with the change of dynamic information in the network. Such as the change of topological structure or vehicle waiting queue and local search possible neighbor node. Inorder to reach the destination node and disappear from the network by introducing the different values of adjustable parameters, giving the actual path to a vehicle.
