Design For Permanent Way Information Management System Of CWR

CWR has significant characteristics,This paper analyzes a number of different points of CWR and the ordinary lines, analysis the theory and characteristics of CWR maintenance, learn from the experience of domestic and foreign about the Railway Works Management Information System, and design the permanent way management information system of CWR.The permanent way information management system of CWR takes the unit rail of CWR as the basic unit, and designs a set of application theories that contain the CWR resume ledger management, basic detecting data of lines and maintenance data recording and statistical analysis of lines, the condition evaluation and simple auxiliary construction and so on.Based on the method of displacement observation pile to monitor the actual locked rail temperature, the paper calculates actual locked rail temperature and temperature change of the track section. The state of track geometry is analyzed according to the inspection data by track inspection car, and the quality of railway is evaluated by the peak data of track inspection car and TQI data. Rail and weld disease are managed by the form of rail and rail gap detection diseases. Taking the direction of the line, track bed and cross section, longitudinal displacement, the fastener torque four detection data as the evaluation index, the paper comprehensively evaluate CWR through fuzzy mathematics. Based on gauge, level, rail, height, triangular pits, horizontal acceleration, vertical acceleration, seven factors of CWR, the paper evaluates the quality state of track. Then the paper guides the maintenance and construction of CWR through the evaluation results. According to the above method, the paper designs main function modules, such as basic information query of CWR, actual temperature of rail calculation, status evaluation and auxiliary guide construction.The design of information management system of CWR makes the main function of the application come true briefly. Though using C#, the paper simply implements data management of CWR, actual locked rail temperature monitoring, status evaluation, and auxiliary construction requirements. so as to realize the state reparation of CWR.
