As China's urbanization construction continues to develop,the construction industry,as a strong pillar of the stable and long-lasting GDP,continues to improve the working and living conditions of urban residents,while also consuming a large amount of resources and generating a large number of pollutants.The environment has caused many negative impacts,causing greater pressure on resources and the environment for the public.Today,the state regards “protecting the environment” as an important part of its development strategy.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that accelerating the reform of the ecological civilization system and building a beautiful China is an urgent task for the country today.The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued the “13th Five-Year Plan for Building Energy Efficiency and Green Building Development”,which also clearly defined green building and energy conservation and emission reduction as the key content of development.Therefore,vigorously developing green construction is an urgent need for economic and social development,and is of great significance to China's realization of green economy and sustainable development.This paper analyzes the shortcomings and difficulties faced by China's current green construction,introduces the concept of knowledge management as the management mode,and uses Building Information Modeling(BIM)as a technical means,based on the relevant norms promulgated by China.The following research was conducted on green construction information management.Firstly,on the basis of the research results of green construction,BIM and knowledge management at home and abroad,the connotation and development status of the three are expounded respectively,and the advantages of knowledge management and BIM in green construction are analyzed respectively.Secondly,research on the green construction information management mechanism base on BIM and knowledge management.After expounding the connotation of green construction information management,the difference between "green" and "traditional" engineering construction information and the application of knowledge management in green construction information management,a green construction information management mechanism was formulated.Combined with the current deficiencies and needs of green construction,the goal of green construction information management is clarified.The information content analysis iscarried out for the decision-making,design,construction and operation and maintenance stages involved in green construction,and then the application process of green construction information management at each stage is constructed.Researching the application point of combining informatization with green construction from land resources saving,water resources saving,material saving and optimization,energy conservation and utilization,environmental protection and construction management.Then,the application process of information management in each stage of green construction is constructed.Thirdly,by investigating the needs of the participants in the project for the green construction information management,constructing an evaluation index system for green construction information management based on BIM and knowledge management.The system based on the principle of combination of science and rationality,combination of comprehensiveness and simplicity,combination of qualitative and quantitative,and have strong operability principles.The analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the index weights,and The gray clustering evaluation method is used to comprehensively evaluate the effect of green construction information management,and form a green construction information management evaluation system.Finally,taking the 312 Jiefang Commercial Office project in Zhabei District of Shanghai as an example,an empirical study on the green construction information management mechanism constructed in this paper was carried out.The application results show that the project is evaluated based on the application of green construction informationization;the utilization of material and material resources,energy conservation and energy utilization are medium in engineering.Land and land resource protection,water conservation and water resource utilization,and construction management are good;environmental protection has achieved excellence.At the end of the article,the conclusions of the conclusions are summarized,and the shortcomings of the research are analyzed.It is expected that this paper has certain reference value for the development and promotion of green construction information application.
