This subject is the research on field dynamic balancing technique of flexible rotor.We establish the model of the flexible rotor and carry on the static analysis, modal analysis and harmonic response analysis by using finite element software ANSYS10.0 based on the flexible rotor as the research object.The research verifies the vibration characteristics of the flexible rotor and summaries the rule of the dynamic balancing vibration.And we use the Visual Basic 6.0 software to design the multi speed dynamic balancing test system which can detect the vibration of the system, render system real-time vibration curve and have the function of calculating the unbalancing quality of the rotor.The focus of the research of this subject is to establish the model of the flexible rotor and carry on the static analysis, modal analysis and harmonic response analysis.Through static analysis we get the relationship of the stress of the rotor whose constraints in relation to a certain node displacement.Through the modal analysis we get each order natural frequency of the rotor and the vibration types. Through the harmonic analysis which simulate the unbalanced force we can get the curve of displacement changing with frequency produced by the rotor under different harmonic exciting force and summary the rule of the dynamic balancing vibration.This topic combines the balancing theory of the flexible rotor with finite element analysis method and provides the research on the dynamic balancing of flexible rotor field a theoretical basis.We also use the Visual Basic 6.0 software to design the multi speed dynamic balancing test system which divided into the PC part and the hardware machine part.Hardware circuits include:the selection of sensors and the principle of work;the design of the correlation analysis circuit;the design of the tracking filter amplifier circuit;the design of the signal acquisition circuit and so on.PC software programming uses Visual Basic software to detect the vibration of the system and render the system real-time vibration curve.According to the principle of the influence coefficient method and the modal balancing method we realize the software design of double-side dynamic balancing detection method which mainly includes the function of the system calibration, parameter storage, dynamic balancing test and displaying.The host computer adds the function of network communication which can achieve remote monitoring of the balancing test at the same time.Finally, a large number of experiments are used to analyze the function of the system and it can verify the stability and reliability of the system too.
