The Variant Design Of Complex Aircraft Parts Based On Feathers

With the rapid development of the digital manufacturing information technology, the comprehensive national strength competition is the main competition in the world today, represented by mechanical manufacturing technology of advanced manufacturing technology, it plays an important role in the technology of a country’s economic development. In the new century, under the tide of global economic integration and manufacturing, industry is facing enormous challenges and opportunities. This study based on the global integration environment the development trend of manufacturing、product design and manufacturing technology、 life cycle management research present situation and the development trendindustry. Put forward the characteristics of manufacturing process design and simulation method, solve the problem of a single design is not comprehensive, improves the design efficiency and the flexibility and versatility of the system. In this paper, the research contents can be summarized as follows:(1) Put forward the overall design of “Based on the characteristics of manufacturing process design and simulation”, developed a set of technology, design, simulation and integration.(2) Using the XTCAPP enterprise to process customization, editing and output, and the unity based database is used to analyse the process information management, including the product of the process database and public information database.(3) Combined with VS2005 and Pro/Toolkit for secondary development of Pro/E, complete 3-d process design system based on manufacturing feature of the interface design and implementation of product geometry, the geometrical characteristic information and the extraction of the tree, improve the parametric design of 3-d model.(4) Using VERICUT to play the arrow product’s 3-d visualization of nc machining simulation, through the establishment of the numerical control management system to realize the management of the nc program and the processing parameters, finally using the optimization module to optimize the results of simulation analysis.(5) Using the product lifecycle management software of Windchill to involved in the implementation process of product design documents visual management and sharing, and use the system to provide the way of upload Word document and Pro/E model to them.
