As the rapid development of the national construction market and the frequent occurrence of construction engineering quality problems,it is very important to study the whole life cycle quality management,and BIM,as a new technology dominated by information technology,has the advantages of high simulation,coordination and optimization.It can realize the visualization and informationization of the whole life cycle project by establishing the project data model and improve the quality management level.First of all,analyze the current situation and problems of quality management,introduce the BIM technology theory and the whole life cycle quality management theory.Through analyzing the characteristics and value of BIM technology and summarizing the advantages of the whole life cycle quality management based on BIM,the necessity of introducing BIM technology into the whole life cycle quality management of construction projects is obtained.Secondly,establish the whole life cycle quality management system of construction project based on BIM technology.Analyze the quality control measures and steps of the whole life cycle of the construction project including the design stage,the construction stage and the operation maintenance stage,as well as the concrete application form of the BIM technology in the whole life cycle quality management of the project,and explore the maneuverability of introducing the BIM technology into the whole life cycle quality management of the project.Finally,taking Zhengzhou Olympic Sports Center project as a case,the performance evaluation model of BIM technology applied to the whole life cycle quality management of construction projects is constructed and empirically studied.Based on constructing index system and obtaining index data,using analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of evaluation index,applying extension comprehensive evaluation model to carry out empirical evaluation,quantifying and analyzing the input and output of BIM technology applied to quality management,and comparing the evaluation results with the performance level of the company under the traditional quality management mode to verify the superiority of the whole life cycle quality management under the application of BIM technology.
