Sustained, coordinated and healthy development of China’s economy is to provide a comfortable living environment for the people a solid foundation, and the continuous improvement of living standards, followed by a sharp increase in energy consumption, ecological environment has been severely damaged, human will pay a painful price. China’s building energy consumption accounts for 40% of the total social energy consumption, wall materials accounted for 70% of building materials, wall materials arduous task of developing eco-friendly and long-term.This paper introduced the theory of sustainable development, full life-cycle theory, circular economy theory, economic theory, carbon emissions trading on the basis of the basic theory to the whole life cycle as the fundamental starting point, the new wall materials production, construction, use economic benefits of waste generated in the process, energy efficiency, environmental and social benefits to start, for efficiency indicators generated by the four stages of analysis, evaluation index system of comprehensive benefit the whole life cycle; through mutation series of comprehensive benefits evaluation methods were evaluation, the establishment of a comprehensive life-cycle benefits of evaluation model, the evaluation model is applied to the case in which the project analyzed the effectiveness of new wall materials index and the composite index, respectively, in four stages, to analyze the results, verify the feasible model sex. Finally, in terms of energy saving measures in the development and application of new wall materials made recommendations, which for the promotion of energy-saving buildings, the further development of energy-efficient construction has certain practical significance.
