Based on the research on the environmental impact of railway construction by domestic and foreign scholars,this paper constructs a high-speed railway green evaluation index system for the impact of the whole life cycle of Chongli Railway Engineering from design,construction to operation on ecological environment and social economy.Based on the grey system theory and the catastrophe theory,the grey clustering method comprehensive evaluation model and the catastrophe series method comprehensive evaluation model were established respectively,and the new Chongli Railway was evaluated green.The main findings are as follows:(1)The high-speed railway green evaluation index system includes six first-level indicators of green concept,soil and water conservation,environmental protection,landscape pattern,social economy and resource conservation,and corresponding 17 secondary indicators and 45 third-level indicators.The three-level indicator evaluation criteria were determined,and the evaluation grades were divided into four levels:non-green,light green,green,and dark green.(2)Using the landscape pattern index method to calculate the impact of the new Chongli railway project on the landscape pattern:the number of plaques in the project area increased from 454 before the railway construction to 1369 after the railway construction,and the maximum plaque index decreased from 7.75 to 5.92.The edge density increased from 152.48 to 237.80.This indicates that the construction of the new Chongli Railway project has a great impact on the landscape pattern,and the landscape fragmentation is aggravated.There is no significant change in the landscape diversity index before and after the railway construction,indicating that no new landscape types appear in the project area.(3)The results of green evaluation of the newly-built Chongli Railway using the grey clustering comprehensive evaluation model are:green concept,soil and water conservation,landscape pattern,resource conservation,and environmental protection.The weights of each index are 0.171,0.244,0.159,0.270,respectively.0.157,the scores of each index were 6.61,6.26,3.93,5.59,5.93,and the comprehensive score of the newly-built Chongli Railway was 5.54.The evaluation result was green.(4)The results of the green evaluation of the newly-built Chongli Railway by the comprehensive evaluation model of the catastrophe series method are as follows:the evaluation value of the green concept index is between 0.75 and 0.80,and the evaluation value of the environmental protection index is between 0.50 and 0.60.The evaluation value is between 0.25-0.30,the evaluation value of soil and water conservation index is between 0.75-0.80,the evaluation value of resource conservation index is between 0.50-0.60,and the comprehensive evaluation value of newly-built Chongli Railway is between 0.60-0.70.The evaluation result is Green level,so based on the high-speed railway green evaluation index system constructed in this paper,the newly-built Chongli Railway is a green railway.
