Currently, due to the constant improvement of railway transportation speed, making the bogie frame in more bad conditions,vibration frequency is increased, it is also paying more and more high attention for the security of the people on the train. bogie frame is an important part of the vehicle, inheritting and transmitting forces from all directions, the stand or fall of structure strength has an important influence for the operation of the railway vehicles, so the analysis on the strength of the bogie frame is the focus of this article.The dissertation aims at studying the CRH2 type trailer bogie frame in rail lines running from our country, it is calculated with the international general structure strength analysis of the standard, comparing the two kinds of standards from different aspects, which can provide advice for test standards to Suitable for our country’s railway. Finally, in oorder to avoid resonance occur when the train is running, putting forward the significance of the modal analysis and making the corresponding evaluation of modal vibration mode and frequency.It is describing development of EMU all over the world in this dissertation, including the influence of fatigue strength and the average stress of the architecture, which explained the international union for the UIC515-4 and Japan industrial standard JIS E4207 from the static strength analysis、fatigue analysis and the kind of load.The main parts and components of trailer are introduced according to the geometry structure characteristics of CRH2 type trailer truck bogie frame, using Solidworks software to establish three-dimensional solid modal and referring in the process of bogie frame design relevant drawings at the same time. The file is saved as IGES format into the mesh in Hypermesh, combining with the actual constraint conditions, making an elastic restraint on positioning arm of frame and a series of axle box spring seat, adding stiffness values in three different directions,which can obtain frame finite element model. Then, according to the international union of railways standard UIC515-4 and Japan industrial standard JIS E4207 which research strength analysis on the frame by using the finite element analysis software of Workbench. It includes exceptional load and simulation operating load cases in the UIC515-4 standard, including static load and dynamic load conditions in the standard of JIS E4207, meanwhile, it will calculate the various strength analysis load cases to apply the frame and obtained the various conditions of equivalent stress values on the frame. In order to give a better advice to specification which adapts to the situation in our country, we carry on the contrast on the frame from the aspects of the operating conditions、load value and strength evaluation.This dissertation analyse modal of frame by using the Modal of ANSYS Workbench module,which can obetain the natural vibration frequencies and the corresponding formation of the architecture.
