Railway transport has the energy conservation and emission reduction and economic saving advantage, gradually become the21st century transportation development important force in our country as the main road traffic modes of transport, railway transport completed70%of the total transportation task, in China’s national economy developing dominant1025according to the development planning, in1025the final of China railway freight transportation capacity planning will reach4.8billion tons/year, a32.2%increase over2010, it also marks the rail freight is toward heavy-load, high-speeding directionAs a locomotive bogie vehicle travel of the department of key components, plays a bear vehicle load traction travel and brake and main function, is locomotive manufacturing the most technology content is one of the key parts of the vehicle field safety reliability comfort all environmental protection and bogie performance related, bogie technology is the technology to measure the level of an effective standard frame as the bogie of main bearing parts, each part is bogie each other coupled matrix, the strength of the frame affects the train running stability and security, frame good operation quality is locomotive can effectively guarantee the normal operation of the rapid economic development in our country under the influence of railway train running speed continuously improve, successively opened quasi high speed train, thus, the locomotive bogie and its related problem has become a deep meaningThe paper presents the design of the high power heavy duty truck bogie has the following characteristics:the bogie C0-C0shaft type mesh type frame holding shaft suspension drive structure; A suspension for spring suspension, two suspension using rubber pile of connection; Wheel on the whole roll steel wheel, and the middle is push-pull type short traction rod structure, which can guarantee the traction and braking force of the effective transmission.This paper main job is to use3d modeling software Pro/E modeling quickly and accurately according to the characteristics of bogie frame geometry model of the structure, the establishment of a suitable for and finite element software relative joint3d model. Then the model through the ANSYS and Pro/E docking special interface into finite element analysis software, the frame finite element analysis process includes two aspects:on the one hand reference bogie frame strength experiment UIC standard615-4of the regulation, calculated the vertical force transverse force longitudinal force and other major load, and in the corresponding force place on the constraint; On the other hand, in accordance with the provisions of the standard, set up suitable for CO-CO frame strength analysis combination condition, separately inspected the frame effect on the strength of the truck frame static strength analysisThe calculation results show that the bogie frame of static strength and fatigue strength can meet the operation requirements; Modal analysis results also show that the bogie frame can avoid the present running situation of the resonance phenomenon.
