Railway is the country’s major infrastructure, its development is related to the overall national economy, it plays an important role in the economic society, and it has a special status. With the rapid development of economy, there is increasingly fierce competition in the transport market, in order to respond to market challenges, our country has experienced railroad “accelerate”, after the reform, currently being vigorously developed the high-speed railway. In order to better organize trains and passengers, so that high-speed and existing lines within rail hub effective convergence, the passenger stations in the hub is bound to re-layout. Rational distribution of passenger stations is conducive to the development of hub itself, and will promote the development of the city in the future. Therefore, research on layout of passenger stations in railway hub has important significance.After reading of the relevant literatures, in this paper, under the introduction of high-speed railway in the hub, the layout of passenger stations is studied. Research is divided into two levels to explore: the first is to produce high-speed rail lines converge under the existing conditions of the overall layout of the passenger stations were discussed, then set layout of passenger stations primaries program to evaluate and produce programs preferred. This paper includes the following several aspects:Firstly, this paper analyzes the division of labor among passenger stations under the condition of introducing high-speed line into hub, transport organization in the hub, discusses several common types of passenger stations layout after the introduction of high-speed railway in hub in our country at present stage.Secondly, this paper analyzes the commonly used method on the hub principle and layout, and the main factors influencing the railway hub passenger stations layout planning, introduces several main ways introducing high-speed railway hub, analyzes the introduction of high-speed railway passenger hub in the case of the location of stations selection and cost targets of layout program, concludes that the step of generating in passenger stations layout scheme under the introduction of high-speed railway in hub situation, and lays the foundation for the evaluation of the passenger stations layout program in hub for the next step.Then, when evaluates the primaries produced stations layout scheme, studies and analyses some common evaluation methods, analyzes the main factors affecting the passenger stations layout, from the high-speed railway technical conditions, the degree of coordination and planning of the city, costs, social impact and other factors set out, selects 13 indicators, using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to establish passenger rail hub layout program evaluation system, uses multi-level Gray Correlation Analysis comprehensive method to evaluate and optimize primaries programs.Finally, through the case analysis of the passenger stations layout of Jinan hub, establishes that the evaluation system and evaluation method are verified, indicates that the evaluation model has a strong practical value.
