| The cutter suction dredger with the switched reluctance motor as the driving mechanism of the electric cutter driving system is work efficientã€easy control and high control precision,what is important is that it can make less pollution to the working environment so as to realize green dredging. Compared with the traditional hydraulic motor drive, motor drive can adapt to the need of the development of times. This paper chooses the electric cutter system of120m3 cutter suction dredger as the main research subject. In order to improve the working efficiency of the cutter system and optimize cutter control system, this paper starts from the system parameter matching design of electric cutter and focuses on the simulation model building static ã€dynamic characteristics analysis and the control system design and other aspects.The key components of electric cutter system of cutter suction dredger is the switched reluctance motor.When analyze the static and dynamic characteristic of the cutter driving simulation model, using the Co-Simulation function of Amesim and Matlab together to complete the simulation study of the entire electric cutter system. And the simulation curve indicate: the electric cutter system based on SRD has a certain ability of self-adjustment, as the load changes the rotate speed always maintained at a reasonable speed range on 10~40r/min,meeting the design requirements of system; during the process of system simulation, using the theory of setting random conditions parameter, not only to verify the universality of the system,and take the actual condition by random the load can be better, make the simulation results more realistic; the cutter head torque and speed changes has a closely related with the outside conditions, and the combination of FFT transform can be seen that the system vibration, noise and other environmental factors can also affect the working characteristics of reamer.Through the analyzes of every subsystems’ working principle of cutter suction dredger,design the corresponding excitation characteristics table, mainly analyzes the construction process of cutter and the method of planing surface construction and builds the process diagram of dredger control system. The paper selects the Mitsubishi PLC to establish control algorithm and I/O allocation table, portrays parts of the electrical wiring diagram and compile the SFC state diagram of electric cutter system.The research results of this paper provide a certain reference value to further research on R& D of electric cutter system. |
