The drive mode of the cutter and mud pumps of cutter suction dredger has been replaced by electric drive gradually.The problems of motor control with electric drive and how to reduce the impact of high-power load on the power system need to be solved.In order these problems,basing on the power system of the cutter suction,research on the problems from the control strategy of the electric drive motors and the excitation control of the alternators.In order to study the electric motor drive of the dredger and pump,based on the Two-Dimensional Cutting Theory of the cutter,establish the cutter model.Based on the character of the pump and the pipeline fluid theory,establish the model of the pump and the dredging pipes.Based on the character of the asynchronous motor and Direct Torque Control theory,establish the model of the DTC asynchronous motor drive system.Combine them and establish the cutter and pump electric drive model,establish the simulation model on the Matlab/Simulink simulation platform,verify the drive character by simulation experiments.As to research the influence of the high power load,like cutter and pump,on the stability of the power system of the cutter suction dredger.Based on the principle of the diesel generator set,establish the model of the diesel engine and the generator,and establish the simulation model of the power system of the cutter suction dredger.Through simulation experiment analyzing the simulation result,verify the correctness of the model.Based on the fuzzy control theory and the operating characters of the generator,design and build the Fuzzy-PID controller,through simulation experiment analyze the control effect of it on the grid voltage.Establish the simulation model of the electric-drive cutter suction dredger,taking simulation experiments under the conditions of three typical working conditions.Simulating and verifying the control effect of the electric-drive system,and the improving of the stability of the power system by the Fuzzy-PID excitation controller.
