There are many rivers and lakes, widely sea area in our nation. Many of them need to be clean up mud and quicksand. Dredgers are widely used in the many fields, such as soil removal and transportation, rivers and ports cleaning up, islets construction, etc. This kind of ship has an expansive market demanding, especially there are dredging works in china right now. A cutter suction dredger is a kind of dredger commonly used in dredging. Its key device is the cutterhead used to cut soils under water. The transmission shafting is absolute necessarily component. Therefore, the calculation of transmission shafting is significant for cutter suction dredger design and manufacture. The calculation of shafting alignment and vibration is necessary during the period of shafting design and setup. At present, the calculation of shaft is mostly for propel shaft but litter for transmission shafting. This article introduces cutter suction dredger transmission shaft alignment and vibration calculation and offered reference for cutter suction dredger.This article takes 4500m~3/h cutter suction dredger for example, calculates the cutter transmission shafting alignment and vibration base on the analysis of cutterhead and bridge.There are six chapters in this article. In the first chapter, summarizes the history and development status of research domain, and introduces the aim and content of the research.Second, starts with setting up there-dimensional modeling of cutterhead with Pro/E, setup the model of cutterhead with the way of non prismatic sweeping, applies the two-dimensional soil-cutting to the analysis of the cutting forces of cutterhead, analyzes the process of cutting and confirms unloads.Third, setup the model of the bridge, analyze the loading of the bridge, calculates the deferments of the bridge in different conditions.Fourth, first introduces the way of shaft alignment calculation, analyzes shaft alignment calculation in different conditions. Fifth, analysis the form of shaft vibration, introduces the parent way of shaft vibration calculation and the keystone of FEM, the shaft vibration calculation in different conditions and the factor of infection.In the last chapter, summarizes the research findings and the pertinent problems, and having a prospect on future work.
