In recent years, with the rapid development of high-rise buildings both in domestic and foreign countries,more and more high-rise buildings are moving towards the direction of novel、complex modeling and multi-functional, multi-purpose.In the same building,we often need to divide the building along the vertical direction according to different purposes,the upper floors are for residence,the middle floors are for office space,the bottom floors are for commercial etc.We must set the transfer component where the vertical component change.The storey which set the transfer component is transfer storey.The transfer storey above the hollow can provide the building with more spacious entrance,the small room in the upper part and large room in the lower part of the building make the force of the structure becomes very complicated : ①Vertical stiffness of the structure is prone to mutation;②The structure of the lateral force component is not continuous and the force is not directly transmitted, once the force transmission route is failed,it will become a continuous collapse;③The deformation of the transfer storey floor is complex, transfer column and junction of the frame supported wall and beam will appear serious stress concentration.At present, there are many transfer storey structures above the hollow, but less research on them.This paper is going to test the seismic performance of the transfer storey structure above the hollow through overall analysis and component analysis and to offer a reference for similar projects.This paper is based on the the background of a high-rise shear wall building with transfer storey structure above the hollow in a residential area of Hefei.This article introduce the analysis according to the following work:(1)Throughing the SATWE program,the response spectrum analysis and elastic time history analysis under the frequent earthquakes are done.The performance index can meet the specification requirements which coincide with the requirement of "no damage under minor earthquake".(2)By using SATWE program,this paper makes the equivalent elastic analysis under moderate earthquake.The results show that the overall index can meet the requirement of the performance level,frame support column and frame support beam should be elastic designed.(3)By using midas Building and EPDA program,the elastic-plastic analysis withstatic&dynamic under the rare earthquake are also made.The results show that the structure meet the the requirement of “no collapse under strong earthquake”.(4)Take the complicated stress of the transfer storey’s floor into consideration,the floor stress was analyzed in midas Building in order to find out the weak part of the floor and give proper strengthening in the concrete design.Based on the above analysis:the overall structure has good bearing and deformation capacity,each component meet the expected seismic fortification goal.It can provide a reference for similar engineering design.
