An Analysis On The Construction And Application Of Luminousenvironment In Catering Space Design

This thesis analyzes and explores some factors like humanization, scientization and the forth on designing the luminous environment in catering space and its aim is to find out more reasonable and humanized luminous environment in catering space.In catering space design, people tend to pay more attention on the working-area layout, materials application and gorgeous set-up. However, the luminous environment design is the very essential process that most people may ignore. A good luminous environment design in catering space can enhance the style and level in catering space and it can also satisfy customers’ physiological demands and psychological need. As a designer, he/she should not only analyze the whole space generally, but also needs to explore from the people-oriented perspective, and therefore to combine the luminous environment with interior space in order to achieve the goal in serving people. This is the motivation for this thesis’ s research.By analyzing and exploring the light in interior space, the thesis concludes the basic theory and methods about the space lighting in catering environment, and the development of catering space should also obey the humanized principle in practical cases operation. The main goal is to advance people’s aesthetic consciousness and satisfy their psychological needs. This point is a breakthrough for the current interior space design status.
