In this paper I step from explaining the relationship between the street space and the city life in the respect of urban development .I got the conclusion that what is the need of people while he is walking or pausing in the street in the sense of mental and physical, basing on the amounts of researches .In the research , it follows the moving direction of "City Serves All the People" .This text regard actual demand of different crowds as the starting point of the study in the following three respects:1. Through analyzing the traffic characteristic of different crowds in the street the paper studies the city traffic problem , summarize taking speed as basis traffic separate mode ,and combine the traffic current situation of street of our country do some research on feasibility.2. Through analyzing the feature of people cognize matters the paper studies the space shape of the street . Summarize the design method with such analysis on cognitive behavior of space of the cognitive skill as the human vision ,sense of hearing ,etc...Regard requisitions for space shape in the static or motion state of people as criterion and control the street space.3. Proceed from people's actual demand , carry on the analysis and research to side and bottom surface landscapes and communal facilities of the street separately in terms of microcosmic.The current situation of the development of the contemporary urben street of our country is the basic point that is text studies , people's psychological behavior demand has run through all course analyzed and studied. The key status in this text aims at conspicuous people's developing in the city, that is guiding of molding the space environment of urban street.
