In the Yangtze River Delta region with a typical climate of hot-summer and cold-winter,most of the air-conditioning systems of public building are always operating with a long-time and high-frequency.The proportion of the power consumption of air-conditioning in the whole public building is very high consequently.So it is an important and realistic purport to make an analysis about the current status and future development of the air-conditioning system in the public building in the Yangtze River Delta region.This thesis will show you a brand-new design concept of air-conditioning system in a certain of hospital building in Jiangsu Province in the Yangtze River Delta region,with a circumstance of an inherent life style and climate characteristic.This brand-new designconcept is named as “Digital Variable-capacity Direct-expansion Air-conditioning System with Individual Control of Temperature and Humidity”,abbreviated as “DVD-IC”.The detailed researching content and conclusion are shown as the following:At the first,this thesis will make an analysis about the characteristics of the heating load of a cleaning operating room in a hospital,according to the properties of a type of cleaning operating room in a hospital building.At the second,this thesis will make an analysis about the power consumption of a traditional air-conditioning system in a common cleaning operating room and result in a conclusion that there are some problems existing in the operation of traditional air-conditioning system(example as a traditional chilled-water central air-conditioning system)including redundant energy consumption,unstable control of condition set-point about temperature & humidity,high maintenance and repair cost and so on.These problems are possibly the negative factors resulting in a high power consumption of a building.Finally,this thesis will make a systematic research about the Digital Variable-capacity Direct-expansion Air-conditioning System with Individual Control of Temperature and Humidity according to a specific engineering project.The main researching results are shown as the following: 1.The initial constructive cost of the DVC-IC system is lower than a traditional chilled-water central air-conditioning system.2.According to the properties of the climate and weather,the power consumption of the new system,with a design of individual control between temperature and humidity and prior control to humidity,is 37% lower than the one of a traditional system in an actual application.3.With the operating characteristics of hospitals,this thesis will induce an individually-managing control concept,shown as setting up an individual control district in the operating room.The results prove that this control concept help the medical workers more easily to make an entirely control and manage about the air conditioning system in the operating room and make a remote and timely gathering,setting and adjusting to the air conditioning parameters in the operating room,resulting in an optimistic control of air conditioning.At the same time,the maintenance cost is decreased obviously because of non-requirement of special system service person.The researching result and the measured basis data of the thesis is certainly helpful to decrease the power consumption of public building and improve the indoor and outdoor air quality in the Yangtze River Delta region.Figure zhong[31] table[21] reference [40].
