With the rapid development of high-speed railway industry in China, the running safety and reliability of railway vehicles has been paid much more attention than ever before. As an essential part of the whole monitoring system in railway vehicles, the performance of Pt100 temperature sensors will affect people’s judgment about the running safety and reliability of railway vehicles directly. It has been concerned that how to choose the high qualified Pt100 temperature sensors to ensure stability and reliability of the detection system in railway vehicle. After the combination with Pt100 temperature sensors detection platform projects in High-speed train system integration national engineering laboratory in ChangChun Railway Vehicle co.LTD’s in north car group, then we can design and research the test-bed of Pt100 temperature sensor detection of railway vehicles.First of all, the indicators of qualified Pt100 temperature sensors are set up combined the evaluation criteria of Pt100 temperature sensor in railway vehicles, and the factors which affect the performance of the Pt100 temperature sensors are analyzed. The thermal resistance parameter insulation and thermal response time, high and low temperature test of Pt100 temperature sensor, resistance stability under the condition of different temperature and vibration, water proofing property index.are analyzed combined with the national standards of the rail vehicle and the actual working environment, particularly the parameters of each target and the plans of simulating actual working condition are determined.Secondly, based on the analysis of how to simulate the actual working condition of Pt100 temperature sensors, the structure of Railway vehicles Pt100 temperature sensors test bench was designed and using the CATIA to design the structure, using ANSYS to analyse the key components. The data acquisition and processing was researched, Based on the concept of modularity, Pt100 temperature sensor measurement circuit were designed respectively. Using the Bayesian estimation to judge the sensors’requirements of technical indicators; The Pt100 temperature sensor detection test bench’s functional requirements and characteristics of control system was Analyzed. the motor, temperature and humidity control mathematical model were established The control algorithm was designed.Finally, Based on C++ and Labview, The software of rail vehicle Pt100 temperature sensors detection test bench was designed. The experimental results show that:The designed and researched Pt100 temperature sensors detection test bench for railway vehicles can detecte Pt100 temperature sensors. The test bench method for detecting Pt100 temperature sensors performance were provided,at the same time the bench provided reference for other types of temperature sensors and sensor equipments.
