Cooling system is the important equipment to ensure normal operation of the device and instrument in submarine, the cooling system's performance is directly related to operation stability and service safety of equipments in submarine, the test bench for operating mode simulation researched in this paper is the key equipment for testing whether actual cooling system' performance can meet requirement of experiment. In this paper, based on analyzing characteristics of existing heating method, according to typical condition that the simulation test bench needs to realize, we carry out research on output temperature control strategy of heating system, overall design of testing bench and type selection design of key equipment, and make simulation study of performance of test bench under typical working condition on this basis, which will make a good foundation for equipment debugging.First of all, through analyzing the factors affecting the output of common heating system, a control strategy for increasing regulating speed of control system is proposed. The output temperature of heat supply system will be influenced by flow and inlet temperature of heated fluid, aiming at time lag and large inertia of temperature control system, with combination of two typical condition the system requires, that is, constant temperature and flow output of heat supply system and its constant power injection, we put forward a method to add advanced feedback link to conventional PID control to accelerate regulating speed of control system.Then overall design of the whole test bench is performed. We make type selection design of main components that the testing bench should include, such as pump, heat source simulator, heat exchanger, pipeline, control valve and other accessories, around the requirement for implementation of typical condition simulation, and the main equipment's type and major performance parameters is determined preliminarily.Finally a simulation study of testing bench is developed. On the basis of thermodynamic analysis and modeling of main heat exchanger in system, we make simulation analysis and study of typical condition, verifying rationality of simulation test bench and testing the effect of cooling device under different flow conditions. The simulation results show that the performance of testing bench can meet the design requirements.
