As a kind of transportation equipment with complex mechanical structure,the automobile is composed of various parts,and the performance of a automobile is related to its parts quality directly.As one of the most important components in automobile powertrain system,the transmission mainly plays a role of changing the torque,speed and travel direction,in order to adapt to different conditions,also make full use of the engine power more reasonably.The performance of transmission has significant impact to automobile power performance,fuel economy and driving comfort and reliabilityA new transmission must undergo a rigorous test certification before the mass production,they can be put into mass production and use until the performance and quality are reliable.At present,the transmission performance test is mainly based on bench test,and the electric closed type is the most used bench in the field of loading test bench.This paper is based on the development project of AC enclosed transmission test bench,in view of the fact that the original test system is not advanced intelligent,we intend to use virtual instrument technology to build a new condition monitoring system for the test bench.This paper firstly introduces the transmission test bench type,structure principle,control scheme and the the key parameters need to measure,refered to the domestic and foreign relevant research methods on equipment state monitoring field,and studied the advanced options in the modern testing technology area.Combined with the test requirements and the existing hardware products,and after the feasibility analysis,the scheme of using the virtual instrument to set up the state monitoring system of the test bench is proposed.Then according to the test requirement,it established the parameters need to test,such as the motor temperature,oil temperature,gearbox vibration intensity and test torque and speed,and explored the testing principle and method of the relevant physical quantities.Combined the condition and requirement of the test bench,it selected the sensor,signal conditioner,data acquisition module and communication program for each physical quantity need to be measured.According to the communication mode and signal format of the acquisition equipment of temperature,vibration,torque and speed,it designed the data acquisition,display,storage and signal processing program based on LabVIEW,realized the real-time measurement of motor temperature,the temperature monitoring of gearbox oil,thevibration intensity monitoring of gearbox,test torque and rotational speed measurement,and the conversion of transmission efficiency.Finally,we installed and debugged the hardware and software of this measurement and control system.Through the actual test,the software and hardware of the state monitoring system and control system of this test bench works well,basically achieved the design goal. |
