In China production of auto parts enterprises are facing a huge crisis,industrial process control system not only needs the realization of a simple logic control,also should have the support of production management,providing real-time accurate field data.In the process of the project implementation,we need to consider not only the follow-up to provide quality maintenance, but also to maximize, optimizing resource utilization and other factors into the research. This paper is mainly concerning previous auto electric sunroof control system in the production line of technical improvement. In combination with the production situation, applying newest control and communication technology, thus speeding up the control system work rhythm, So the project of enterprise technological progress, product performance improvement has played a huge role.This thesis analyzes the shortcomings of traditional production line and the presence of defects, and combined with the programmable control technology, PID parameter tuning technology, Profibus-DP fieldbus technology and signal detection technology, the control system of automotive electric skylight production line design. Auto electric sunroof assembly and testing production line consists of two links, controlled by programmable controller, man-machine interface and Profibus-DP field bus, the individual station also relates to the servo motor control technology. Combining with the process, analyzing the WinCC flexible configuration software and STEP7 programming software design, at the same time in the controller by calling FB125 for diagnosis.Whether auto parts manufacturing industry can keep up with the pace of modern scienceand technology is mainly reflected in the depth of technology application. Automotive electric skylight production requires the usage of the different functions of the equipment according to process requirements and the final detection of roof movement. The project is in the design process, through the study and development on the production line control technology, which improves the traditional production line, and ensure the stable operation of the production line, and real-time monitoring of the entire production process, in order to realize automotive electric skylight in the production line in the quick and accurate assembly, The control system of the automotive electric skylight control system of production line for other auto parts of manufacturing improvement has certain reference significance.
