With the development of transportation technology, increasing traffic volume, while producing a lot of waste tires, resulting to "black pollution." To solve this problem, domestic and foreign experts put forward to those waste tires mixing into mixture as rubber particles or rubber powder,concrete mixing process, In detail, there are two way about mixed:The first is in the form of rubber particles incorporated into the dry mix method asphalt mixture, this process can consume more scrap tires, high temperature stability and low temperature cracking resistance can be improved, but there is a certain weakening water stability; The second is in the form of rubber powder mixing into asphalt mixture,This process can be improved road performance, the disadvantage of the way is that the way can consume a little worse tiers and higher costs and inconvenient to used.Based on the research results at home and abroad, the paper integrated the advantages of these two methods and present in the form of the waste tire rubber particles incorporated into asphalt mixture using a wet mix method, this process can enhance road performance but also consume large amounts of rubber particles. Specific experimental design, through some time, rubber particles (4 mesh) and bitumen reaction time prepare a similar modified asphalt, we call as the rubber particles modified asphalt. Considering the quality of the rubber particles selected reaction ratio of 25%, The Orthogonal experiment is used to make sure the best reaction conditions. In detail, Four levels of two factors, the impact facto and levels are temperature (170 ℃,180 ℃,190 ℃,200 ℃) and time (30min,45min,60min, 75min),the control indicator is the three indicators of asphalt. Through the three indicators of asphalt, we can make sure the best reaction conditions that the reaction temperature is about 190 ℃ and reaction time of about 45min. Under the above reaction conditions,we make the different percentage (the percentage of rubber particles is 1% or 2% or 3% or 4%) rubber particles of asphalt mixture, the mixture type was selected which is years of research laboratories is AC-20 continuous gradation type. The asphalt mixture is compared with the dry mix method resulting rubber particles asphalt mixture and SBS modified asphalt mixture in road performance.The results showed that the wet mix method process resulting rubber particles asphalt mixture of road performance is superior to the dry mix method process resulting rubber particles asphalt mixture. the gap between wet mix method process resulting mix asphalt rubber particles of road performance and SBS modified asphalt of road performance is not larger, it is recommended that the content of rubber particles in asphalt mixture is 3%-4%...
