Nowadays, under the influence of technology and the economy, automobile has become one of the most commonly used means of transport. Getting out of the house and walking into the streets, we will find the road is crowded with a wide variety of private cars. On the one hand, this phenomenon improvs the quality of people’s life, on the other hand, however, it causes traffic congestion of parking lots and creats many owners’ plight of landless parking. Against this background, many kinds of parking management systems appeared. In order to improve the poor urban traffic environment, we must make use of advanced detection technologies and induction means to develop intelligent parking systems that keep pace with the trend of the times.This paper designed an intelligent parking detection induction system.The system combines with the research status at home and abroad and bases on design principles as well as function requirements. This paper also gives a detialed introduction of each module’s function, components and workflow. First, it introduces the wireless communication technology of Zigbee and uses CC2530 chips creates a network through the protocol stack. Secondly, it analyzes the guidance algorithm of parking space and introduces the induction process of the parking lot. Finally, it analyzes the computer management system.This system bases on a typical “one-in, one-out”parking lot. It uses IC cards as the medium of passing and out and uses the ultrasound technology to detect parking spaces 24 hours a day. This design sends data through Zigbee wireless network. It sorts the best parking spaces and gets the corresponding induced path via Dijkstra algorithm. The induced path will display on the LCD to guide car owners. The PC communicate with the coordinator through the serial port, it will analyze the data and then display the usage of parking lot, at the same time the PC will transmit control commands to lower position machine. This paper simulates the system by C# and establishes its management software by both C# and SQL Server 2005.This project can manage the parking lot effectively and grasp the information of the parking situation timely. It also can save the owners’ time and improve the use of parking space as well as facilities by inducing the owners availably.
