The patients with cardiovascular disease can be treated accurately and timely by expertsthrough the Heart sound remote monitoring system. Remote monitoring system monitoring thepatient’s physiological indexes and then transmit to the remote center for analyzing, in order todetermine the patient’s physiological status. In the recent10years, remote monitor the patient’sphysiological indexes have become a very popular research direction in the world. Heart sounddatabase as a precious medicine resource, it is very useful for doctor to accurately diagnosingand treatment the patient’s condition.In this paper, the research mainly about the aspect of the remote monitoring and heartsounds data real-time compression and transmission, the main work is as follows:Collect the heart sound signals. In order to obtain the signal, we should find theappropriate heart sound sensor and filter chip. Implement the design of Bluetooth serialcommunication and microcontroller and its peripheral circuit.As the need of monitoring system of heart sound signals is large, it is necessary to adopt ahigh compression efficiency algorithm to compression the data, in order to reduce thebandwidth in the transmission and save data storage space in the local place. Because of themonitoring system for its real-time performance also have higher requirements, so thecompression speed of compression algorithm has requirements. In this paper, after studying thedictionary coding and according to the characteristics of heart sounds data is periodic, LZSSblock compression algorithm is adopted for real-time acquisition of heart sounds datacompression. Using this compression method to compress the heart sound signal, it can obtain ahigh compression ratio and also meet the requirement of real-time. Compress the remotetransmission data can save the network transmission bandwidth effectively and enhance theefficiency of data remote transmission.The remote monitoring center. The Monitoring center is mainly completed the heartsounds of decompression, heart sounds display, playback and storage. We use LabVIEW(Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench) as a development platform to realizethe function. |
