Therefore, the fire evacuation management researchers a large exhibition center project in Nanning City, Nanning city to enhance fire in a large exhibition center resist ability, is of great significance to maintain the regional harmony and economic prosperity, providing reference design personnel safety evacuation for similar exhibition building projects and optimization.In this paper, we take a large convention class building in Nanning city as a subject, and pay the study on the safe evacuation when the building is on fire. By considering the total area of the evacuation, the number of the maximum capacity, the width of the emergency exit, the number of the emergency exit, the number of the emergency exit in the internal door and the control of the smoke, we simulate the evacuation of the people in the case of the fire by the software SIMULEX. Then, we get the relationship between the number of the emergency exit and the evacuation time, the control of the smoke and the evacuation time, the impact of the number of the emergency exit, the emergency exit in the internal door and the underground escape route on the evacuation efficiency. Through a most scientific way, we analyze the data of the evacuation at different cases.We put forward corresponding methods to increase the ability of the fire prevention of the convention class building, such as the basic safeguard measures of the evacuation control of the firefighter, the reasonable arrangement of the emergency exit and the measures of the smoke control. The aim of the paper is to provide a reference for the design and the optimization of the evacuation project of the similar building.
