With the development of science and technology and social progress of industrialization, the stepping motor has been used in the field of mechanical control more and more widely..But the accuracy and frequency vibration of stepping motor is low in conventional motor control mode, which makes its development under the great influence in the field of industrial control..Stepping motor subdividing driver is along with the development of the stepper motor control technology, in order to make up for the lack of step motor in the application of an integrated with the mainstream of digital processing technology, integrated circuit control technology and computer technology of motor control technology. Adopting stepper motor subdivision control technology can improve the stepping motor rotation precision greatly and improve the characteristics of low frequency vibration without changing the motor rotation torque conditions.This paper firstly introduces the working principle of two-phase hybrid stepping motor and its mathematical model, and analyzes the subdivision drive control technology in theory. The nature of subdivision is controlling the size and the direction of the current in motor winding, so the constant frequency PWM adjustable wide basins technology is put forward to realize subdivision control scheme. Then any subdivision drive solutions of two-phase hybrid stepping motor based on FPGA is proposed in this paper. The scheme realizes arbitrary subdivision of the motor by real-time sampling and controlling the current in the motor winding, and better achieves large current of the motor drive by the choice of high-current power drive.This paper introduces the design and implementation of arbitrary subdivision of stepping motor drive control based on EP2C8Q208C8 N produced by Altera in detail. The specific work includes the following points:1) Scheme of hardware implementation by choosing the EP2C8Q208C8 N produced by Altera corporation as the processor of the drive control system control, DRV8432 produced by TI company as the power amplifier of the step motor, AD7874 produced by Analog Devices as sampling A/D converter system, the precision of instrument operational amplifier as sampling resistor voltage signal and supplemented by other auxiliary circuit.2) Studied the incremental PID control algorithm, which is implemented by VHDL language. And design a good system parameter setting.3) Design the serial port communication module to set the parameters of the subdivided driving plate for external system.4) Complete the system software design of controlling the stepping motor subdivision, which is implemented by VHDL language.5) Complete debugging and testing the experiment, which is declared in this article. According to the result of the experiment, put forward the next step in the future.
