Analysic Of Permanent Way Infrastructure Security Affected By Heavy Haul Traffic

Because of wide category and suitable speed and good condition, heavy haul transportation is the focus of the development of railway transportation industry currently, but with the increase of tonnage and train vehicle axle load, the safety of infrastructure is more obvious. Therefore, the accurate analysis of the impact of the heavy haul transportation infrastructure, safety and risk analysis and prevention, has very important significance on heavy haul transportation safety. This paper studies on the safety impact of heavy haul trains in the running process of the infrastructure, the specific contents as follows:Firstly, introduce the background and significance of this thesis, reviews the research status. Secondly, analysis of the domestic transportation public works infrastructure security detection status and check works facilities and monitoring facilities status; based on the analysis of the influence factors of technology characteristics and safety of heavy haul transportation, car service, electric locomotive, induction and maintenance are 4 main factors affecting the heavy load transportation of train safety, and discusses the influence of the wheel/rail safety of heavy haul transportation, heavy load condition of rail repair and maintenance status and so on, combined with the heavy haul transportation security impact on public works infrastructure countermeasures and development trend, put forward the improvement works focus on technology, reasonable application of new technology for coal transportation, improve transportation wheel rail relationship, innovation of technology and the implementation of testing facilities and safety management standardization strategy; to predict the development trend, forecast in the works of new technology, structure,modernization of modern maintenance machinery etc..Finally, take the heavy haul railway transportation of Hohhot railway administration as an example, analysis the security impact of heavy haul transportation of infrastructure and infrastructure security management.
