Research And Optimization Of The Technology Of Forklift Fuel Tank Manufacturing

This paper based on analyzing the existing manufacturing equipment development trend of related industries and enterprises, with the total cost leading strategy Hangcha group the actual situation, the effect of the appearance of weld and the effects of exposure of forklift hydraulic system cleanliness of the oil tank as the research object, through the welding technology of robot technology and high pressure water jet in engineering practice. The research, mainly completed the following several aspects of the work:(1) in group CPCD30-AG27 Hangzhou forklift fuel tank as an example, analysis of the traditional manual welding and arc welding robot welding using difference, feasibility analysis of forklift truck fuel tank welding robot.(2) in the process of forklift truck fuel tank structure requirements, the welding procedure qualification related.(3) completed the design of the overall scheme of welding workstations, workstation is mainly welding robot, the robot control system, robot Longmen frame, single axis robot and positioner, welding power source, welding torch and welding gun, wire cutting device of wire feeding system, gas supply system.(4) due to the application of the welding positioner, the oil tank welding is carried out in horizontal fillet welding welding test, welding process parameters were optimized with the horizontal fillet welding, testing has been able to track the swing range of weld seam tracking function and good weld.(5) the overall scheme design of the tank high pressure water jet cleaning machine, cleaning machine which comprises a water supply system, high pressure water system, turbocharger, accumulator, hydraulic system, nozzle etc..(6) optimization of the high pressure cleaning process sequence, in-depth study of the high pressure water jet cleaning in the engineering practice of dust removal, degreasing, rust removal effect.
