Flight test data acquisition system has been the PCM as a standard means of data transmission and recording in recent decades. The PCM is in its stability, reliability, and many other advantages, however, as amount rise as the number of test data, pure data transfer protocol for the traditional IRIG- 106 standard system framework has been difficult to meet the requirements of mass data processing. Since a novel remote measurement standard based on network were finished by USA researchers in 2004, Networked system has been used in some plane such as F-35, A380 and AM400. Based on the present status of long flight test dependent on foreign equipment, by an aircraft flight test project support, the thesis make some researches on some key technical for Networked airborne flight test system,Major work completed is as follows.1) Flight test system both home and abroad, the development trend of flight test system and flight test system in our country are faced with the problems and challenges are described, And elaborated in this paper, the main work and innovations, the organizational structure of this paper is given.2) Based on the domestic and foreign general airborne flight test system of general network architecture, According to our country’s current situation and deficiencies of the flight test system. To complete a type flight test as the goal, analyzes the main functions and technical indexes, networked and distributed combined with cost-effective flight test system is built for A aircraft flight test, flight test work process in detail, at the same time, hardware design of software framework data structure are analyzed in detail, Finally describes the flight test system of some of the key data structure.3) Related technology on IEEE1558 and LXI bus is applied to airborne flight test system time accurate synchronization based on network technology. The traditional NTP network technology and Classic IEEE1558 precise time synchronization technology is introduced and be combined to the flight test system, the precise timing technology of the network is solved.4) To meet the current problem of PCM remote test, PCM Generator module is developed based on the networked data record and receiving module. Some key technology such as data formats and protocols filter technique of PCM are studied, and PCM software system design. Additionally, In order to eliminate the interference of the PCM telemetry is the problem, PCM data much more order filter is developed, The demand of the filter module is analyzed, for example in-out parameter, system architecture, adapter interface circuit design, power supply design, the results show stability and reliability of PCM module.5) Laboratory tests is made for new networked airborne flight test system. The part of experimental conditions related to this thesis is listed simply, Some relevant laboratory test results such as the network server self-inspection, error handling, PCM generator module self-checking, PCM filter testing laboratory parameters and so on. The actual flight test shows the system is stable, and has a great promotion value.
