Networked manufacturing is a kind of advanced manufacturing mode which is produced and developed at the background of the development of network technology and economy globalization. Networked manufacturing is the general name of all manufacturing activities, manufacturing technology and information technology, and it is a kind of integrated subject which involves various domains, such as machine-building, computer, network, information, autoimmunization and electron. The theory is developed based on the cooperation theory, system theory, information theory and fuzzy theory, and it represents the future development direction of the manufacturing.Manufacturing Execution System (MES) is the vital component of the networked manufacturing integration platform. The optimizing of locale plant management system will affect the perfection degree of the all networked manufacturing system. Therefore, it has become the research focus of the manufacturing. Because the plant is the materialization center of manufacturing enterprises and the distributing center of manufacturing information, and MES only can use network information technology to reflect the practical problem in real time which includes locale manufacturing operating status and resource restrict. And it should describe the inherent rules and complexity of the plant information management from the angle of networked manufacturing mode. So that MES can embody its advantage of optimizing resource management and information management, and it can satisfy the requirement of networked manufacturing. Therefore, the research of the control theory and practice of MES has very important signification to perfecting the networked manufacturing platform.Supporting by relevant funds, aiming at the workshop management characteristic of distributed manufacturing enterprises, in this paper, the theory of MES modules design is studied by using systems engineering, control theory, computer simulation technology and dispatcher arithmetic etc. And the N-MES prototype system is designed and developed by using various advanced technology. The innovation research of the paper is as follows:(1)The design feature of MES in the mode of networked manufacturing is studied, the concept of N-MES is presented, and the position of N-MES on the networked manufacturing platform is confirmed; the system construction of N-MES is designed which is suitable for distributed manufacturing enterprises in the mode of networked manufacturing, and the system function composition of N-MES is confirmed.(2)In order to satisfy the real-time integration requirement of networked manufacturing, the paper applies embedded real-time database which is used as key technology to N-MES. The manufacturing data characteristic is defined and restricted, and the ERTDBS database and the data transmission model are built. Base on these, the data integration structure is built, and the design of N-MES real-time integration structure is realized.(3)Combining the method of Markov dispatching rules and Fuzzy estimation, based on distributed Hopfield neural net decision system, the N-MES dynamic dispatching structure is built. Therefore, it can satisfy the enterprise requirements to the distributed manufacturing resource which includes the requirements of real-time, self-adaptation and rational distribution.(4)From the plant information management actual requirements of Shenyang blower works(group) co.,ltd's, using strategic development target as guiding theory, combing the concept of N-MES and basing on real-time integration and dynamic dispatching structure, a prototype system of N-MES (MESNEU.net v1.0) is designed which adopts the technology of Visual Studio.net, SQL Server, VRML,JavaScript. The software testing tool of WinRunner 8.0 is applies to test all the performance indexes, the test shows that MESNEU.net v1.0 can reach good practical level from technology.(5)By solving the producing problem of Shenyang blower works(group) co.,ltd's, each function of MESNEU.net v1.0, the relationship and integration method are demonstrated. The original design objective of N-MES is validated, namely the strategic developing goal of satisfying actual demand and orienting networked manufacturing.
