Due to the simple structure, reliable running, small tracking error and interference resistance, smaller overshoot, rapid response, and small volume, high efficiency, good torque robust, Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor has been widely used in the field of many servo control. This paper is based on the fuzzy sliding mode variable structure control of permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control.This paper first from the mathematical model of PMSM, and introduce its control theory and flux tracking control technology (SVPWM).Then using MATLAB/simulink simulation software, build a simulation model of permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system, and under the double closed-loop vector control of permanent magnet synchronous motor system simulation experiment. The permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system mostly adopts PID control, but the permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system itself has nonlinearity, complexity and time-varying characteristics, make ordinary PID control is difficult to achieve good control characteristic.Th.e harm of sliding mode variable structure control are chattering,exponential reaching law can effectively weaken chattering,but cannot eliminate chattering; On this basis, the analysis of the optimal type of fuzzy control, can effectively eliminate the chattering In order to ascend all-digital fuzzy control dharacteristic of servo system, this paper adopts speed control based on fuzzy sliding mode variable structure control method. By fuzzy sliding mode variable structure controller to to optimize the speed regulator, the algorithm is based on motor speed variation in the process of operation, through the fuzzy control rules of sliding mode variable structure control two parameters (K and:epsilon) for online adjustment,thus achieve the goal of optimization. At the same time by means of fuzzy sliding mode variable structure control, sliding mode variable structure control and the ordinary PID control of three kinds of speed controller of all-digital fuzzy vector control simulation experiment, and a detailed analysis and comparison with the result of the experiment, the results show that based on the huzzy sliding mode variable structure control of permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control based on relative to the general PID controller and based on the sliding mode variable structure control of permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system has fast response, less overshoot, and the advantages of small speed fluctuation, the robustness and dynamic and static performance is relatively better than general PID controller and based on the sliding mode variable structure control of permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control.Based on the combination of vector control system simulation research、related control principle and control strategy, we start from the hardware system construction, try to carry on the design with digital signal processor (DSP) TMS320LF2407A as the core of permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control hardware system, and explains the minimum system of TMS320LF2407A and peripheral circuit, main power circuit, detection and protection circuit, etc.By CCS3.3 (Code Composer Studio 3.3) for the software platform, for controlling the permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system, we make detailed introduction of system main program, interrupt service subprogram and control algorithm design and illustration.
