Now, in the mechanical and hydraulic industry,hydraulic components of hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor is widely used, hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor as an important part of the whole hydraulic system,the stand or fall of their performance directly determines the performance of the whole hydraulic system,so building a good performance of the pump and motor hydraulic test system is very important. Test is the same as the traditional hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors are using the overflow valve and throttle valve as the load, using the two kinds of valve as load will lead to waste of energy at the same time also can make the oil temperature is not normal seriously affect the normal operation of the system. If long time of high-power hydraulic pump, motor life test, will cause waste of energy and economic benefit is poor. And adopt the way of energy recovery for the experiment of hydraulic pump,motor,recovery efficiency is above 50%,energy-saving effect is obvious,at the same time reduces the installed power and the volume of the whole test system.This topic by cnooc’s science and technology project "offshore crane hydraulic test system" as the research object to explore the energy poor hydraulic integrated test system research, this article mainly is divided into six chapters, the system research are discussed.The first chapter, first introduced the importance of hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor in test system, test method of hydraulic test system are analyzed and its research status and development trend both at home and abroad, and finally discusses the source of the topic, the research background and research content.The second chapter, according to the national standard of hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor test items and test method is discussed in detail, finally based on the principle of energy recovery has carried on the analysis and comparison of three kinds of recycling scheme.The third chapter, in view of the project’s technical parameters and the working conditions were analyzed, and puts forward the modular research plan, and for each module in detail in this paper, the at the same time also on the main components of each module are analyzed in the selection, finally, the principle of the system total recovery system is introduced in detail.The fourth chapter, by using AMESim software of system, a simplified model is established according to the simplified model of the whole system through theoretical analysis of the pressure and speed as well as recycling effect, the use of the software for simulation analysis.The fifth chapter, using the test bench to test a model of plunger pump, and the test results were analyzed.The sixth chapter summarized the paper’s research work and then make outlook of the thesis’ s research.
