Hydraulic pumps and motors are energy conversion equipment in hydraulic system of construction machinery.In recent years,some breakthroughs have been made in product performance of domestic independently developed hydraulic components.However,due to the lack of durability equipment input and full-cycle durability test,product durability is still difficult to guarantee.Pump motor durability test has the characteristics of long test cycle and large energy consumption.The traditional durability test device usually uses pressure control valve to load,and energy is converted into internal energy,so the heating is serious and the cost is high.Aiming at the problem of high power consumption in the life cycle durability test of pump and motor,a hydraulic pump and motor durability test device based on energy recovery was designed.1.Based on the technical parameters of pumps and motors commonly used in construction machinery and the relevant national experimental standards,the maximum physical parameters of the test device are determined.The loading schemes of durability test devices for hydraulic pumps and motors at home and abroad are compared,and the loading schemes of energy recovery for the test device are determined.2.Determine the hydraulic system scheme of hydraulic pump and motor durability experimental device,design calculation and parts selection for each sub-circuit.Pro/E software was used to build the three-dimensional model of the durability test device of hydraulic pump and motor.For the safety protection requirements of hydraulic pump and motor durability test device,special safety protection design is carried out for structure,hydraulic and electrical systems.On this basis,the simulation model of the whole hydraulic system of the durability test device for hydraulic pumps and motors is established.3.AMESim is used to establish the simulation model of hydraulic components of hydraulic pump and motor durability experimental device.The simulation analysis of different working conditions is carried out to determine the correctness of the model.The stability of the whole system under different working conditions is analyzed and the energy recovery efficiency of the experimental device is calculated.4.According to the test standard method in the hydraulic pump and motor industry,the test and verification of the pump and motor durability test device are carried out.The test device is verified by performance test and durability test function,and the dynamic and static characteristics and energy recovery performance of the system under constant speed and constant torque control mode are analyzed through experiments.
