Hydraulic pumps and hydraulic motors as a core component of the hydraulic system, its performance and reliability have been restricting the development of domestic hydraulic technology. With the advent of high-speed, high-power hydraulic pumps and hydraulic motors, the conventional pump, motor test stand due to the serious shortcoming of energy consumption is no longer meet the current requirements for energy conservation. Therefore, the study of an energy recovery function hydraulic pumps, motors comprehensive test-stand is very necessary.Reviewing the development of the hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor test system, comparing the electric power recovery, recycling and mechanical compensation principles and performance recovery hydraulic compensation recovered, analyzed the performances of load pressure’s regulation methods using Frequency regulation, the motor(pump) displacement or external hydraulic oil. On this basis, I design the hydraulic pump-motor integrated test bench with mechanical and hydraulic compensation function. Proposed a method to reduce system pressure pulsation; theoretical calculation of the system flow matching, matching torque and recovery efficiency and establishment of a system model in AMEsim, verifying the job performance of the system, analyzing the factors affecting recovery efficiency. In the hydraulic test systems, it does not have the strict math relationship between the flow and torque. So it can do the performance test of the respective speed and displacement hydraulic pump or hydraulic motor; with external fill oil inverter motor and pump combination to adjust the quantitative adjustment load pressure adjustment range with high adjustment precision. Energy theory test stand has more than 70% recovery and can reduced about 30% power of the installment.
