Hydraulic rock drilling machine is a new generation of devices,which greatlyimproves the efficiency of drilling operations, and promote the development ofproduction, is widely used in mining, railways, roads, water, electricity, coal and buildingconstruction, but compared with foreign, we still have wide gap on the level ofperformance of hydraulic rock drill.For design an advanced hydraulic rock drill a performance, this paper by calculation,simulation and experimental study ways to do the following:1. Design the YZ45hydraulic rock drill machine. Reset layout in reasonable andoptimize the structure for slewing mechanism, actuators, accumulators and orbitalmotors and other components on process; Determine the important parameters of theimpact mechanism, piston, sleeve valve(core)movement, flow, accumulator thecharging and discharging of oil, gas-filled volume, energy and efficiency throughtheoretical analysis.2. Establish the mathematical model of the impact of hydraulic rock drill machinesystem, according to the kinetic theory and the bond graph theory. Includingassignment sleeve valve piston and shock mathematical model, the accumulator andthe mathematical model of the pipeline, which can be calculated for each stateparameters of hydraulic impactor.3. According to the physical structure, impact of rock drilling system works andAMESim HCD hydraulic components in the design library, based on the impact ofthe relationship between the piston and the valve port with flow control valve sleevebetween the impact of system on the impact of the piston and sleeve valve with flowestablished the simulation model, the model of drilling machines and workperformance during exercise were analyzed, and got the influence of oil supplysystems and system supply pressure.4. Establish the YZ45hydraulic rock drill rig platforms, experimental test system andtest the relevant parameters to verify the correctness and feasibility of the wholesystem in this paper.
