| Water resource imbalance is the most basic conditions of China. Since the founding of new China, we attaches particular importance to the development of water conservancy in China and build a large number of water diversion projects. The safe operation of them ensures the healthy development of national economy and the increase of people’s life standard. Although much contribution made by them to our society, Water diversion project in-service is always sick running now. These diseases will generate poor efficiency of water diversion project at least, threaten the open channel’s safe operation, cause financial loss,even imperil human life and health.Durability is essential for the operation of water diversion project works,and research on project diseases and risk factors is an important part for diversion project’s durability study.The paper choice open channel, which is very important in diversion project buildings, as research subject. It’s an example cited to study following details.(1) finding the common diseases including the foundation subsidence, cracks, concrete damage, leakage, frost heaving,slope instability, sedimentation etc;(2) summarizing the risk factors and analyze pathogenic factors,many causes included, they are the geological conditions, design, construction,materials, natural disasters, management etc;(3) categorizing the causes according to PSR,explaining the meaning of PSR when we set it in open channel’s cause. Then we demonstrate it is reasonable that we classify the open channel’s pathogenic factors,and distribute them into three classes including pressure, state and response;(4) We appraise the importance of pathogeny use AHP, and express the importance affecting the safe operation of the open channel with weights of risk factors;(5) We come to the conclusion that the environment may have caused the greatest threat to the safe operation of channel, especially for heavy geological and topographical conditions. The human dynamic response to the open channel is less important, such as the monitoring and management measures of the open channel’s safety.Finally factor is pressure of open channel, including for the design, construction management and water supply and demand ratio primarily;(6) Proposing measures to prevent the disease and protect the open channel.The study cite the channel from Datong River to Qinwangchuan for example. The research method and conclusions create a new path for studying the law of channel diseases.And it will provide reference for similar projects at the same time, improve durability of node disease at the first time. and reduce the incidence of nodes not easy to disease reasonably. We can make water diversion project in each disease-prone parts of the durability be balance,thereby improving the quality of life of the people of the receiving water, and promote the harmonious development of river basin’s economy, to produce a very important social value.In this paper, not only the classification of risk factors with PSR is unconventional and reasonable, but although the research of the disease law is unprecedented for previous scholars mostly limited to study water conservancy safe operation research and construction management. This is also an important significance of this article. |
