The development of railway transportation has greatly promoted the development of the national economy.The quantity of railway bridges is also increasing,and if the railway bridges are not maintained in time in the process of its usage,various structural damage will occur.With the increasing speed and heavy load of railway trains in recent years,some railway bridges are overloaded,which aggravates the structural damage of railway bridges.This is the safety of the railway bridge performance put forward higher request.How to put forward to keep pace with The Times of disease detection and analysis method and control measures become a problem to be solved now in the operation of railway safety.Firstly,This paper summarizes the common types and sources of hidden dangers of railway Bridges based on the actual disease problems of large-size railway Bridges.And expounds the harmfulness of railway Bridges and the necessity of safety detection and analysis.Then,the state perception system is designed to collect bridge related data according to the potential safety hazards of railway Bridges.The bridge state perception system is composed of hardware system and software system,among which the hardware system is composed of sensor subsystem,data acquisition subsystem and data transmission subsystem,and the software system is composed of database subsystem,data processing and control subsystem and safety evaluation and warning subsystem.In the system design,first of all,according to the environment of railway bridge and actual engineering requirements,the sensor type is selected according to the principles of stability,replaceability,applicability,durability,advancement and consistency.The beam state sensing system adopts modularized bus mode of monitoring sensor for field monitoring sensor networking,and the monitoring sensor network is composed of 485 bus combined with wireless transmission and transmission module.Finally,through the analysis of the types and characteristics of the perceived data of railway bridge structures,the specific methods of the pre-processing,secondary processing and post-processing of the perceived data are established.Secondly,in view of the safe level of railway Bridges,follow "is given priority to with structural mechanics index",combined with the principle of systematic,quantitative analysis and operability,according to the monitoring results and threshold of all kinds of mechanical response index distribution,the grading methods for fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to evaluate railway bridge disease classification,and adopt the method of big quasi railway for instance of the Yellow River super major bridge evaluation classification,the final evaluation results for level 4 partial security.Finally,aiming at the deformations and structural diseases of bridge beams,piers,abutments,supports and ancillary facilities,this paper puts forward the corresponding maintenance and treatment measures.Starting from bridge health management,the prevention and cure of bridge diseases are explained in detail from three aspects:design prevention,construction prevention and daily maintenance.In the future work,we can further develop the new concept of bridge maintenance management and efficient bridge maintenance management system,and improve the level of maintenance management of railway bridges in China.
