Along with the constantly development and utilization of new energy, the wind power and solar power have become the highest level utilization and the most commercial development new clean energy, which is the core of new energy power generation technology, has become the focus of all countries in the world. Measures should be taken to solve intermittent interconnection problem, to decrease the cost of wind power and thermal power generation, and to improve the economic benefit. These are the keys of scientific and rational use of energy. Wind-solar complementary system can realize the complementary advantages of energy using that of the natural wind and solar thermal power plant. Under this background, the coordination control for grid-connection of wind power and solar thermal power plant is studied.Based on the complementary principle of wind power and solar power, the coordination control for grid-connection of wind power and solar thermal power plant is put forward. The control structure and control strategy of the system is given. According to the wind speed and illumination condition in day and night, four work modes is proposed. Firstly, the variable pitch fans is taken as the research object, the fuzzy adaptive control method is used to the control the power of the fan by changing the pitch angle of the fan. Then the MPC(Model Predictive Control) system is used in the trough solar thermal power plant to automatically control the process of the concentrated heat, heat storage and steam turbine power generation.In this thesis, the NSGA-â…¡(Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm-â…¡) algorithm and hierarchical control method are used in the control system, in order to accomplish the coordinated control of wind power and solar-thermal power generation. The objective function is constructed according to the reasonable interconnection benefits and airflow reduction, and the NSGA- â…¡algorithm is applied to solve multi-objective optimization problems.The simulation model of wind power and solar thermal power plant is established on the Matlab to complete the power control simulation analysis of the wind power and thermal power generation. The results verify that the NSGA-â…¡ and hierarchical coordinated control method for grid-connection of wind power and solar thermal power plant is feasible.
