As an important part of modern logistics systems,Automated Storage and Retrieval System are now widely used in industrial production,logistics,commodity manufacturing and military applications.In 2016,China has proposed the “Made in China 2025” strategic plan to increase the overall strength of Chinese manufacturing industry and enhance its core competitiveness.Under this background,it is of great practical significance to explore how to solve the problems of high cost and low efficiency in the transportation of parts and components in the field of automobile production.This artical is based on “The development of the storage system for the material automatic transport of the bumper material in the resin workshop”,which is a key reseach project of the Institute of Mechatronics Research and Design Institute Hubei University of Technoligy in 2016.Combined with the customer requirements of the Dongfeng Nissan Passenger Vehicle Company,we have completly designed a set of automatic transport and storage equipment which has many functions such as automatic classifacation,warehousing,delivering and store management started from customer's needs.Firstly,this paper deeply understands the current research status and application of automated warehouses and points out the feasibility and necessity of applying the warehouses to the automobile manufacturing industry by consulting the literatures at home and abroad.Thus we propose the reseach content and significance in this paper.Secondly,according to the production process and process requirements for vehicle manufacturing in the automobile industry,we discuss the overall framework and workflow of the bumper automated storage.We also complete reasonable design of related equipments for this project needing.Then,according to the technical indicators of this project we analysis the key technologies involved in electrical control part of the system,including hardware design and software design.Among these introductions we focus on the CC-Link bus communication technology,hardware selection,circuit design and software design in PLC.Finally,we summarize the functions of this equipment based on on-line operation conditions.And then we propose seval opinions and suggestions to further optimize the system.
